A curious thing has begun to happen. The last 10 emails from CareNavigator seem to have dropped into my SPAM folder. I can’t figure out why, and I have double checked all the contact info is correct and up to date.
Can anyone think of a reason why this may happen?
How annoying. When gmail puts things into the spam or junk folder by mistake, I normally just move the message back to the inbox folder. This seems to solve the problem and messages come through to the inbox after that. Not sure if this will work with all email accounts. If you don’t mind me asking is your email with gmail, hotmail, yahoo or someone else?
