Hi Paul, thank you for reaching out. To cancel a current subscription, you only need to log in to your account and head to My Subscriptions here:

My Subscriptions

On the My Subscriptions page you will be able to see and manage any current subscriptions you hold. Your cancellation will become effective from the end of your current period, so you will still receive the full term of the current subscription. Once you have cancelled your subscription, the system will no longer renew your purchase and will show a status of ‘pending cancellation’ until the end of the current term of your subscription.After the end of the current term of your subscription the status will change from ‘pending cancellation’ to ‘cancelled’.
