I’m commenting here without viewing the link. I am not a supporter of what is an amorphous creature. Yes, there needed to be reform to remove inequities that had at their centre issues of literacy, navigation and just response.
I am a health professional and was working in the disability sector when NDIS was rolled-out. It was apparent from its beginnings that +ve outcomes did not (always) match need.
I have a commitment to reform where injustices and gaps are forefront. NDIS hasn’t inspired me. It is neither fair or transparent. It seems to be mismatched to need at present and will surely be inadequate as current people living with a disability age, and as new individuals are ‘disabled’
