There are good people in the world and some of them clearly work at Suncorp and Youngcare. Thanks to the support of Suncorp, Youngcare are offering grants of between $2000-10,000 to help support people between the ages of 18 and 65 with high needs and at risk of entering aged care to stay out aged care and living at home.
We’ve previously been excited to let you know about the NSW/ACT round of grants and are excited again that it is now Queensland’s turn! Youngcare At Home Care Grants provide between $2000 and $10,000 to help people afford supports necessary to continue living at home and stay out of aged care facilities.
